Make sure your profile privacy is set to 'Only Me' to keep your wall private. You can then selectively grant access to individual members as you wish.

Furthermore, you can dictate which members have viewing access by adding their names to the free access list when editing the post. The same outcome can be achieved by setting your profile privacy to 'only me' and then granting access to members in the free access list once they have paid at the paywall.
